Some shows you never forget, and the night of 'Country In The Wood' is one of them. Country music under the open sky, the cry of the pedal steel, guitar solos cutting through the evening air, and a band that felt it exactly as much as the crowd did.
The video below — shot by Nick Palmen — comes from that very night. Every time I watch it back, I feel that whole evening again: the energy, the people singing along, the feeling that we were building something special together.
This kind of outdoor show, where country music meets a summer night, is, to me, the essence of why I do this.
